The extension provides full control over various areas of return merchandise authorization process. Magento 2 RMA extension provides several options for the customer (or guest) to create a new request. Following that, a customer has all the necessary tools to monitor request processing and interact with store personnel. And, on the other side, store personnel is provided with a straightforward, step by step process for dealing with return merchandise authorisation requests.
