I was using add this extension before using this, but it turns out this extension is better as you can customize buttons.

It does exactly what it says, you can even add new social links if they don't have it, or customize the current ones with new snippets. It's very well built and works like a charm. Through some custom coding you can get the social icons to show up wherever you want on the site aside from using the pre-defined areas.
