Overview

The Pop-up+ Magento extension is a great solution for those who want their visitors to be aware of all hot stuff.

The popup window can be displayed on any page. Just load the image and create a popup and that’s all - the Pop-up+ extension puts the content of your proposal in a chosen place with background-fading effect, accenting your offer.

The Pop-up+ module offers you a perfect opportunity to notify your customers on all significant events by means of a popup window.

You can fully control the appearance of your pop-ups by defining the following options:

duration and auto-hide time
window dimensions and its alignment on the page
the start and end date (specify the window time period when the popup is active)
general number of shows for each popup and per customer
popup title (the text is shown in the title field at the top of the popup-area)
sort order (determine pop-ups displaying order)
and many others

Differentiate your pop-ups according to their subject.
They can be placed in various positions such as: home page, product page, CMS, checkout and customer account pages.

As always, great support from the team at Aheadworks. We had some minor issues which were sorted and the extension is working as expected.

Going to add the segmentation suite shortly which will no doubt extend the functionality of the Popup extension!

Pop Up is very helpful to display important information such as Public Holiday or Shipping Issue

One improvement would also to include a vertical banner on the top of the page for urgent pop up (e.g. maintanence msg) or matters to keep communication to customer

No problem for installation. I use it for the homepage.
It would be perfect if we could configure it for a specific category / product and CMS page.
I hope it will be upgraded within my support period :)

This is great, but the one thing that really would be nice would be a feature to "trigger" this based on either a URL parameter, or even place this on a single specific CMS page.

Pop-up+

This was in fact a very fast and easy installation. I put a newsletter signup form in the popup, which works perfectly!

However, people are complaining that the popup is there every time they get to the site. And I do not see any options that once a visitor closes,a cookie is placed so that it does not appear again. Just because of this I am almost wanting to just shut it off....

This is our webstore's 4th product we have purchased with Aheadworks (with more to come). At the enterprise edition, it is costly for us to purchase these extensions.

But with price comes quality. I had no short of excellent support from Aheadworks who have worked alongside with me to get the extensions up and running. When I had questions, they answered and assisted us well. Despite their money back guarantee, I don't want my money back. I want their products! Thanks very much guys!

For this product, we needed to have an automated function to inform customers relevant information at the right time. Pop-up+ has been the answer to this. It is great that we can inform customers of the latest promotions in this manner. Setup was done easily by my marketing team and we are enjoying this feature.

This extension provides very cool effect on your magento, and I like this extension.
However, this extension does not seem to work with aheadworks iphone template unfortunately.

Pop-up+

We had some dificulties before finding pop-up+ on getting the special products on the spotlight!
We tried everything, even peal heather, but the work it took to manage them was huge!
Now we are using the Pop-Up+ on our store, and it was never so easy to present to our customers the special promotions, or even to trie to get them to get what we wanted them to get, a great tool for advertising on our store, we simple love it!

Pop-up+

Now that they have updated the module pop+ has really helped my business.

However I think that they need to add functionality for the ability to add single products, categories, brands and timed events to the list.

This would help with us as we have very manufacturer focused offers that can be time lead on offers i.e. Samsung TV on sale for 9 hours on a certain day.

Keep up the good work guys.
